In the heart of the mountain sector Prat-de-Bouc, at the foot of the ski lift, we offer you this superb 3-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of the residence "la grange des roches". It has a capacity to accommodate 8 people.
It features a living room with a flat-screen TV open to a bright and friendly dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, citrus press, raclette appliances...).
You can also enjoy 2 bedrooms, each with a 140X200 bed, then a room with 2 beds of 80x200 (which can be combined into 1 bed of 160X200) and a bunk bed of 90x190. You will then find a sanitary area with three washbasins, two closed showers and two independent toilets. The central heating is gas.
You can enjoy a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
A cleaning kit (vacuum cleaner, broom, products...) is provided as well as an iron and ironing board and a clothes horse.
You will also find just next to the building, the Buron de Prat de Bouc to restore and taste our Auvergne specialties.
All shops and services are in Murat, a village 10 km from this accommodation.
