Located on the heights of the old village of La Rochette, this place is unique. You will already be in a Mediterranean climate with warm sunshine and many curiosities: Upie zoo, hilltop villages, the ruins of the castle of La Baume Cornillane, the tower of the old castle of Barcelonne, the ramparts and the city of Chabeuil, without forgetting the tower of Crest, the highest keep in Europe, the river Drôme and its possibilities for swimming and canoeing, the circular village of Alixan… Beautiful walks and numerous tourist routes will allow you to discover passes (Limouches, Cavalli, Tourniol) and valleys all different from each other.
Former hayloft transformed into a charming gîte with beautiful amenities that can accommodate up to 9 people. The house is arranged on 2 levels as follows; on the ground floor: kitchen-living room-lounge (double sofa bed 140cm), bedroom (160x200) with private shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1x160x200, 1x80x190) (3x80x190 including 2 that can be joined to form a 160x190), shower room/toilet. The living room with a beautiful high ceiling has a surface area and a layout suitable for your work or family meetings. Private terrace with a view of the valley. The gîte is adjoining 2 gîtes and the owners' home, the entrance is independent. Early arrivals (no earlier than 1 p.m.) and late departures (no later than 2 p.m.) are subject to prior request and a supplement of €35.
