Between the Valence plain and the Drôme valley and between the Ardèche and the foothills of the Vercors, the central geographical location is ideal for exploring this small piece of territory that is ours and its great tourist sites. There are a thousand places to discover. The city center, the markets, the picturesque villages, numerous hiking possibilities. In the village: bakery, hairdresser, bar-tabac. The Lorient park (5 min), the Upie zoo (10 min), the nature reserve of the Ramières station (15 min), the tropical aquarium (15 min), the Etoile Park 26 water sports center (15 min), the Ardéchois train garden (20 min), the squares and terraces of Valence. Access: Valence-Sud toll 10 min, Valence-ville and Valence-TGV stations 20 min.
La Grande Chêneraie is an air-conditioned holiday home (living room and bedrooms). It is adjoining our second gîte but benefits from a separate entrance and an outdoor space without vis-à-vis. Its layout: the entrance hall opens onto the pleasant and bright air-conditioned living room of almost 40m² where the kitchen is open to the living room/lounge, veranda, 1 WC. The corridor (7 steps) leads to the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (160x200, dressing room) (2x90x190) (2x90x190), the bathroom with shower and infrared sauna, 1 WC. Outside: property of 15,000m², parking on site, south-facing terrace with pergola covered in Virginia creeper, garden. To be shared with the guests of the second cottage: the swimming pool open from May to September, oval-shaped with relaxing bench (3.5x8m, depth 1.1 to 1.70m, secured by a shelter).
