Its vaulted, picturesque and atypical interior, made of noble materials, respects Provencal authenticity while benefiting from a contemporary touch. The cosy living room is very cosy, and the dining room extended by its fitted kitchen opens to the outside. Calm and serenity are the masters here, and it is the ideal pied-à-terre for exploring the treasures of this splendid region. Between the Dieulefit region, the Nyons region and the Rhone Valley, on the border of the charming departments of Ardèche and Vaucluse, this immense property enjoys a beautiful view to the east over the Col de la Chaudière and the Trois Becs, and over fields of lavender. To stay in shape: tennis at 700m, golf at La Valdaine (18 holes at 16 km), horse riding at 3 km, tree climbing at Marsanne at 9 km, climbing at the international site of Saoû and its remarkable forest, canoeing in the river... The Drôme has been classified as a "Destination Vélo" in 2017, with nearly 4000km of signposted itineraries and the sumptuous Via-Rhôna and its 815km of secure routes along the Rhône. Children and lovers of exoticism will be delighted by the Bird Park in Upie, the Tropical Aquarium in Allex, the Crocodile Farm in Pierrelatte. 20km away, discover Montélimar and its gardens, its animal park and its tourist train which will take you to the castle, the sweets palace and the Montmeillan lake leisure centre.
