The villa "La Croisette" classified 3 stars, is located south of Aubenas just 1. 5 km from the city center and near the village of Saint Etienne de Fontbellon.

You will have in a large enclosed property, a detached house with PRIVATE HEATED POOL just for you. This villa with a capacity of 6 people, enjoys a quiet location on a plot of land of about 8000m² widely planted. It offers wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, yet is only 800m from the shops and restaurants.
There is a small grove south of the villa, an alley of pine trees to the north which borders the pool, and to the west a relic of the time spent with a majestic viaduct.
Our property is ideally situated between the Ardèche Mountains (Mount Gerbier rushes, Issarlès lake, waterfall-pic Ray, basaltic flows, ...) and the gorges of the Ardèche, with its magnificent natural sites (Pont d ' arc, Orgnac, the Pont d'arc cave, etc ...)
From the property you have direct access to hiking and biking trails. Possibility to play tennis in the village (500m)
The possible activities are numerous especially with canoeing in the natural reserve of the gorges of Ardeche.
The best sights with the sinkholes, the typical villages :, Antraigues (Jean Ferrat), Labeaume, Ruoms, Balazuc, Thueyts, Vals les Bains spa town, Thines, Banne, etc ...
Finally you will stroll the markets of Provence Aubenas, Vals and Joyeuse and enjoy the local products (wine, goat cheese, chestnuts, nougat ...).
