The gîte is adjoining a year-round rental and a second gîte with a capacity of 6 people.
Parking is shared, the courtyard to access the gîte is gravelled with large gravel.
Welcome to our nature spot, nestled between the Séran river, at the foot of the Charmette mountain and a 20-minute walk (departure from the gîte) from the wild coast of Lake Barterand.
Here you can recharge your batteries at the door of the gîte: swimming in the lake, hiking or horseback riding, cycle tourism or quite simply, lazing around, relaxing, etc. with a holiday feel!
The Gite du Lac - le Seran with a capacity of 5 people, opens onto its outdoor space in nature, on the west side with a view of the Charmette mountain.
The current decoration of the cottage, its warm colors, its brightness, surround you with a feeling of well-being, as soon as you walk through the front door. The cottage is functional and equipped with every comfort.
On the ground floor, a dining area and living room with two sofas to share a friendly moment. Shower room, separate WC with hand basin.
