The chalet is composed on the 1st floor of an entrance with storage, a large living room, combining living room, dining room and equipped open-plan kitchen, all benefiting from a double exposure SOUTH and EAST and opening to the SOUTH onto a magnificent terrace of 30 m² offering a beautiful unobstructed view of the local mountains. But also, and still on the same level, the chalet has a first bedroom, a master suite with a double bed (140X200), private bathroom and dressing room. Finally, this first floor also houses a separate toilet and a pantry behind the kitchen. The second floor opens onto a large landing, from which you can relax in a catamaran-mesh mezzanine while admiring the view. This second floor also houses three additional bedrooms: one with a 140x190 cm bed, a second with a 140x200 cm bed, and the last with a 90x200 cm bunk bed. A bathroom (with a bathtub) and a separate toilet. The basement, semi-buried on the ground floor, offers a large garage, allowing easy parking of a vehicle while retaining ample storage space (for bicycles, sleds, skis, etc.). This garage also has a washing machine. Unlimited Wi-Fi access. A charcoal barbecue is also available.
