Shared washing machine. Court + small ground in common. Ski St François Longchamp/Valmorel 17km (only by road D213 via St Martin la Chambre). Snowshoes at 4km. Access to the cottage in winter by a staircase from the public car park; in summer, possibility of parking in the yard.
