IMPORTANT RULES :- Respect for the neighborhood and the rules of community life, avoid noise/olfactory nuisance - Respect for the common areas.- Any illegal activity (prostitution, drug trafficking, nightly noise) is forbidden. These nuisances to the neighborhood and activities may result in immediate eviction from the apartment without refund.
