Airlie is a purpose-built holiday home that is amazingly spacious. There is plenty of room both inside and outside so although the house can sleep 8 people there is plenty of space for you to be alone, if you wish.
Each bedroom has stunning ocean views and all open onto the covered terrace. The master suite is at one end and the house. In between it and the other two bedrooms is the ‘great room’ which comprises of spacious designer kitchen leading to the dining and living areas. A stone fireplace ensures both ambiance and warmth in those cooler months. For convenience Airlie is fully air conditioned for summer and winter comfort.
Attached but separate to the main house is The Nook which is the fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Perfect for those wishing to have a little more privacy. This is not rented seperately to the main house but does attract extra fees should you need the extra room while staying at Airlie.
From the ‘great room’ you can access either the beachfront terrace or the expansive courtyard at the rear of the house. There is plenty of parking for cars boats and any other toys you want to bring with you. Speaking of toys there are kayaks available for your use at Airlie. You will also find two outdoor showers which are fabulous after those swims in the pristine waters of Coopers Beach.
The local shops at Coopers can be reached by walking 2 minutes to the end of Bayside Drive and then through a pedestrian accessway. We are lucky enough to have in this shopping area a large 4 Square Supermarket, a chemist, butcher/deli, espresso and gelato bar, bottle shop, as well as two fabulous spas for holiday pampering.
