The residence is quiet, close to the center, with a convenience store and a chairlift with lift ticket sales nearby. A ski run passes behind the apartment and connects to the Soleil chairlift, allowing you to put on your skis just 30 meters from the residence. You will appreciate the panoramic view of the station and the south-facing orientation. Additionally, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the valley and the Aiguilles d'Arves thanks to the 4-meter-wide bay window!
