Less than 35 minutes from the major ski resorts (La Clusaz and Espace Diamant), 3 minutes from the regular Annecy/Albertville bus stop, the gîte offers you a haven of peace and tranquility. The paraglider departure point is located at the Col de l'Épine, at an altitude of 950 m.
A bakery and its terrace, the Marlens lake and its restaurant are at your disposal within a radius of 1 kilometer from the house to allow you to relax and recharge your batteries after walking the hiking trails and/or doing some hiking. paragliding.

The cottage is independent on the ground floor, in a large Savoyard house with two sunny terraces and private outdoor parking at the entrance to the chalet.
