Summary: Overall the staff was very good. Problem was the room. First room we got had a big stain on the comforter. That was changed of course but when we came back there was a leak in the ceiling right onto the bed. They changed our room but we were suppose to have a nice room for a couple and got a family style room where the bed was covered by a full tent. I get the theme but it was not what we wanted and then the tv wasn’t working, phone was disconnected and no cord o plug it in and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Again the staff was more then helpful but the room itself was bad.
