The Sea Vista complex offers 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis/pickle ball courts, charcoal grilling station, free secure on-site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our beachfront 2nd. floor condo has inside elevator access. Once you walk in the door, there is nothing but dunes, beach and sea...all for your enjoyment. The living/dining area and the master suite have wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows with the most amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Imagine waking up after a restful night of sleep to a magnificent sunrise...it just doesn't get any better than that!!! This same view can also be enjoyed from the kitchen while preparing that gourmet meal. Relax on the spacious balcony sipping your favorite beverage and feeling the gulf breezes while watching the ships and shrimp boats come and go or the occasional pod of dolphins play in the surf. The beachfront master suite has a king size bed and a small sitting area. The en-suite has a tub/shower combination and a quartz countertop vanity. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and a twin size trundle bed. This bedroom comfortably sleeps 4. The third bedroom has 2 queen size beds and can comfortably sleep 4 as well. The two guest bedrooms share the guest bathroom which has a walk-in shower and a quartz countertop vanity. All 3 bedrooms have their own dressers, closets, large flat screen TVs and sitting areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. We also provide a Pack-N-Play for your little one. Paper products and soaps are provided to get you started, even shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen, with a quartz countertop has a range, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with ice maker. It is stocked with high quality dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans and a starter supply of herbs and spices. As well as several small kitchen appliances to enhance your cooking pleasure. Paper towels and trash bags are supplied to get you started and there are some cleaning supplies. To increase your vacation pleasure, there are 4 large flat screen TVs with Spectrum cable and free password protected WiFi. The condo is fully air conditioned and has 4 ceiling fans...1 in each bedroom plus the living/dining area. A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. A starter supply of laundry products is provided. For your beach time enjoyment, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and some sand toys to build that amazing sand castle. As a guest of Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good restaurants and bars located nearby, many within walking distance. The dolphin-watch boat rides leave from the nearby pier on the west side of Padre Blvd. Relax and enjoy your vacation.
