Enjoy a beautiful, central apartment in the heart of the Rochebrune district, halfway to the village (8min walk to the flat) & the cable car (12min walk/2min drive/near the Fauciny stop). The apartment was renovated in 2021 and is very pleasant, sunny and unoverlooked. It comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom (very comfortable new bedding) and a bedroom with bunk beds. The sofa bed is comfortable. Covered parking & ski locker. This comfortable, warm apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises :
- a charming living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, raclette machine, toaster, plancha, etc.), the dining table can be extended to seat 4 to 6 people.
- a sunny, unoverlooked balcony,
- one bedroom with double bed (160x200), new, top-of-the-range bedding
- one bedroom with single bunk beds, new, comfortable bedding. For the safety of young children, we've chosen fairly low beds, accessible by three steps on the side rather than a ladder.
- bathroom with spacious shower, illuminated mirror, WC, heated towel rail and washing machine
- a ski locker,
- TV (living room + bedroom), and wifi/cable Ethernet access,
- a parking space in the secure garage beneath the residence
- bed linen, towels, tea towels and bath mats provided for stays of one week or more only (not provided for short stays, but can be added for an extra 50 euros - on request)
- professional cleaning after each stay
- board games, reading materials and children's games available in the apartment
