Gorgeous Villa located in the exclusive and quiet urbanisation of Las Lomas de Mijas.
Only 7 min drive to Mijas, Fuengirola Or Benalmádena pueblo.
When entering this beautiful house to the first level, you can find the main living room and the spacious fully equipped kitchen. The living room in its white interior floats together with the beautiful natural light coming in from the windows facing the amazing terrace to sit down and enjoy breakfast.
You can find in this level aswell two of the five bedrooms, and a bathroom. There is a nice terrace where you can enjoy the barbeque and nice views to the sea, mountain and the swimming pool.

It is divided over 2 levels, having carefully considered the distribution to maximize the space. All five bedrooms are spacious and very light.

There are three bedrooms on the basement floor. Down on the lower level, there is another small kitchen and bar area, very useful for the swimming pool, a very cosy living room, with the remaining three bedrooms and three more bathrooms.

Coming out of the basement level, you will find a nice patio and you can go downstairs to the fabulous salt water swimming pool.

This house is ideal for families, or for sports lovers, as there are so many activities to practice, such as climbing, hiking, tennis, golf, cycling, etc.
