The space
Located in a quiet location, perfect for families, our house offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional charm, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pretty garden and a swimming pool and deck.
The living room is spacious and comfortable enough to relax in with family and friends. With a great selection of books and games, you'll have everything you need!
The kitchen, fully equipped, is perfect for preparing delicious meals and when it’s time to eat, you can choose between the indoor dining room or the outdoor terrace which overlooks the garden and the swimming pool.
Our house has three bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and lots of space to relax and rest:
- one of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom,
- another has twin beds, a mezzanine and a play area for children,
- the last one has a double bed with a TV and sofa.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Parking, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Wifi, Fan, Fireplace, Barbecue, Plancha. The little extras: board games, children’s toys, cot and potty. A professional clean is carried out before and after each traveller.
But one of the biggest pluses of our property is the pretty garden and the swimming pool, which offer the perfect oasis in which to relax and unwind after a day in the mountains.
You will particularly appreciate our family home for:

- its decks which are sheltered and equipped;
- its large garden with private swimming pool - where you can relax and unwind in peace and outdoors!

We are ideally located, very close to the old town and the shopping streets, but in a small hamlet with no traffic. There is a departure for a mountain walk 2 minutes from the house. The house is also very close to the mountains and Lake Annecy, making it an ideal holiday destination for families. A bus stop for the city center is down the road.
