7 Bedroom Ski Chalet in Manigod
An old typical Savoyard farm, this chalet is the cradle of our family. We wanted to keep all its character during the renovation of the 1st floor in 2007: old wood, stones, fireplace, ... But we have added all modern comforts! (underfloor heating by geothermal energy, double glazing, quality bedding, TV, DVD, WIFI, etc ...). Since 2013, the cottage has been rented for 12 people, but after the renovation of the 2nd floor of the chalet and after having united the 2 floors, we opened at Christmas 2017 a "new version" cottage with a capacity of 18 people.
The rental is in a small quiet hamlet, in a magnificent and preserved nature for calm and relaxing holidays!
For ski lovers, the first slopes are only 15 min away (or take the free skibus shuttle 5 min by car from the chalet).
In summer, you can enjoy a garden furniture on a shaded and sheltered terrace, near a basin where spring water flows.
For sun lovers, a 2nd terrace, with a jacuzzi, at the back of the house (part of the terrace is sheltered) with sunbathing will allow you to sunbathe in peace!
For your aperitifs, nothing better than a large sheltered balcony facing south west on the 2nd floor, with views of the mountains!
A large barbecue is at your disposal.
Summer and winter, young and old will be able to compete around a ping pong table or table football, or relax outside in the jacuzzi!
A member of our family lives there year-round (in the apartment at the bottom of the chalet). He can give you precious tourist advice, give you good addresses to buy products from the surrounding farms, and take care of snow removal in winter!
