Positive: Neat and clean , staff was helpful

Negative: Far from central- a very, very steep hill to the property- I had to get a taxi to and from property No reception desk, cleaning room every 3th day Television wasn’t working

Summary: Friendly staff, wouldn’t stay here because it’s far from downtown Puerto Vallarta
