This apartment will charm you with its cozy side: modern decoration, very well equipped and bright. It is located in the quiet and residential district of Gerland. It is 10 minutes from the Jean Macé train station.
This apartment, completely renovated and equipped, can accommodate up to 6 people (two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x200), the other with a double bed (140x200) and a living room with a double sofa bed also and very comfortable). You will benefit from the entire apartment and will be free to use all the equipment. Unlimited Internet, TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine. It is located on the 6th floor with elevator.
If you arrive by car, you can park in a garage with a private space.
The cleaning costs include cleaning on arrival and after your departure, but also household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. Only one set of keys will be given to you for your stay. We will ask you to present the identity document in person corresponding to the reservation when handing over the keys.

Arrival times are between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an additional charge will be requested:
- 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: €20
- 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.: €20
No reception after 11 p.m. will be made.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it when you arrived.
The cleaning costs will be invoiced to you a second time in the event of non-compliance with the departure deadline.
