This pretty studio is ideally located in the heart of Lyon, a few steps from the City center. Quiet, it is very well equipped and ideal for a stay of two people. The apartment is located on the Ground floor of the building. Very bright and very quiet it consists of a beautiful living room, a flat screen TV and a comfortable new bed for two people (140x200). - a very well equipped kitchen with: a fridge, a hob, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and even a Nespresso coffee machine. - a bathroom which has also been renovated, it has a shower cabin as well as the WC. To ensure you the best comfort, I provide you with an iron, a hairdryer, and storage spaces. We also provide premium quality towels and bed sheets, a few coffee capsules and high speed WiFi is free with a fiber optic connection!
Only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay.
The cleaning costs include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. You will only be given one set of keys for your stay. You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
We will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Don't hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20 €
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it upon arrival.
Cleaning fees will be billed to you a second time if you do not respect the departure deadline.
