Summary: From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The riad is stunning, with modern décor that still preserves the authentic charm of Marrakech. The beds were extremely comfortable, and our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. We enjoyed a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast each morning, served with great care. The staff were exceptional. In particular, Fatima, Raja, and Yassine went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and comfortable. They helped communicate with our excursion guides, rearranged restaurant reservations, assisted us by speaking with food delivery drivers when needed, and even organised a lovely surprise at my husband’s request for my 40th birthday. They beautifully decorated the bed and laid out balloons, which was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. The house staff, Chaima and Jalil, were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They remembered our breakfast preferences, made sure I had hot water first thing every morning, and were always happy to help by bringing items to our room. Always polite, kind, and helpful. A special mention goes to Khadija in the spa, who made both my and my husband’s hammam experience truly wonderful. She took extra care to ensure my husband was comfortable, especially as he suffered a stroke four years ago. Her kindness and warmth made the experience truly heart-warming. We deeply appreciate everything the team did for us. Just amazing! Highly Recommend!
