Positive: We stayed over Christmas and it was truly magical. The festive decorations were lovely and the little surprises from Santa delighted the children and added a special touch. The Christmas gala dinner was great - everything was delicious and beautifully presented, with an abundance of food that made the evening feel especially indulgent. The location is ideal, with true ski-in/ski-out access that made everything easy and stress-free for a family stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Negative: It was busy but that was expected during peak season.
