Positive: Nice rooms and facilities, Toilet/Shower was comfortable, room was big and nicely furnished, bed was comfortable. Room on second floor was very quiet.

Negative: TERRIBLE check-in experience! I inputed the given code for my apartment and no key came out. Was locked out for almost an hour, the telephone number was (is still?) not working, just by luck I met other guests that gave me the number of the Housmeister so I could clear thing up. I did NOT get the apartment I paid for but a room with shared toilet and received NO compensation, despite the promises of the host. Strong mold smell in the staircase.
