You can go on many hikes (GR 400 on site), discover the Cantal mountains, the Grand Site National du Puy Mary, the Garabit viaduct, many waterfalls, the Alagnon gorges, enjoy the winter and summer resort of Lioran (cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, ice rink, tree climbing, mountain biking, etc.). You can have fun at the swimming pool open in summer and fish at the Laveissière lake just 3 km away. You can discover the medieval cities of Vic-sur-Cère, Murat and Saint-Flour, visit many castles and the spa town of Chaudes-Aigues.
