In the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne, this region is ideal for hiking (GR4, GR400, Grand National Site of Puy Mary, Puy Chavaroche nearby) and for discovering mountain flora and fauna. A high mountain guide (Vincent Terrisse) can introduce you to Cantal through climbing or canyoning.
You can also visit the local traditional architecture with the Romanesque churches, the medieval city of Fontanges, the Most Beautiful Villages of France of Salers and Tournemire, the castles of Anjony and Saint-Chamant.
Nestled on the edge of a stream, this gite has an unfenced plot of 1600 m² with garage, terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs. A private wellness area below the ground (6-person spa, 2-person infrared sauna equipped with MP3 player, shower, toilets, towels available) can be offered to you on request from the owner (€150 per week to be paid in addition on instead of the owner).
