This region is ideal for practicing various activities: numerous hikes, visits to Romanesque churches, the castles of Val and Auzers, the Little City of Character of Menet, the towns of Mauriac and Riom-es-Montagnes, swimming and water activities at Lake Bort les Orgues or Lastioulles, medieval town of Salers, classified among the Most Beautiful Villages in France, Grand National Site of Puy Mary.
You benefit from enclosed grounds of 500 m² currently being developed and a terrace with pergola, garden furniture, deck chairs and gas plancha. Possibility of storage room in annex building. Ping-pong table available.
On the ground floor, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen area with French window opening directly onto the terrace, independent living room with fireplace equipped with a stove (wood provided free of charge), TV, DVD player, Internet access via fiber, independent toilet with sink.
On the 1st floor, two master suites with connecting children's bedroom and private bathroom with toilet. Each suite is made up of a large bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and a connecting children's bedroom with 1 single bed. For the first suite, a private bathroom with toilet, washing machine and dryer. Electric heating by heat pump included: heated floor on the ground floor and convectors upstairs. Reversible air conditioning in the kitchen area, the entrance hallway on the ground floor and in the two large bedrooms upstairs. Beds made on arrival and linens provided. Prices all charges included.
