New renovated cottage located in basement of old barn. Direct access to shady garden overlooking 12th century castle.
The cottage consists of three rooms. The living room has an open kitchen, dining table, lounge area (TV, Wifi) and 2 large windows facing the garden. The bedroom, with ample closet space, features a large double bed 160x210cm, sturdy bunk bed with two full beds 80x210cm. In the adjacent bathroom has a luxury shower, toilet and a large sink.
The cottage, located in the basement has its own entrance and is on one level. Directly at the cottage is a private terrace. The adjoining backyard tree house, swing, trampoline and 2nd terrace (see photo) is shared. There is private parking on our property for guests.
Murol is a cozy and picturesque village with all necessary amenities within walking distance of the cottage. In the summer months and beyond is much organized. A summary of interesting and beautiful sights in Murol and surroundings: Volcanic mountains, vast hiking and mountain biking from Murol, Lac Chambon with 2 beaches less than 1 km, 12th-century castle in Murol, waterfalls, caves, spas Mont- Dore, Bourboule and Saint-Nectaire cheese route "auto" AOP fromage, Romanesque churches, weekly, ballooning, Vallee de Chaudefour 10min, ski resort of Super-Besse and Mont-Dore at less than 20min, Clermont-Ferrand 40min, Vulcania theme park 45min .
