Electric heating and a pellet stove. Terraced garden, veranda, playground, 2 ping-pong tables, volleyball net, and a small stream on site (Bief). Heated indoor swimming pool (semi-inground) year-round, shared with the other gîtes on the property (8m x 4m)[hidden]m to 2 m deep). Swimming pool protected by a glass-enclosed room with a key, available to adults (including a changing room).
