Fully renovated semi-detached family chalet in a picturesque Haute-Savoie village.
You'll have the chance to enjoy one of the oldest farmhouses in the area, built in 1850.
Tanguy, your host, decided to renovate this family home to make it a real place to live.
The complete renovation has preserved the soul of the building, retaining original structural elements such as the sublime fir-wood frame, the stone entrance floor and the stone retaining walls.
The interior architecture and choice of materials will ensure you have a wonderful time.
Meals can be taken in the dining room on the first floor or on the south-facing terrace.
Mont-Saxonnex is a charming mid-mountain resort village. You can walk to the famous Lac bénit.
The tranquil setting is ideal for a week's relaxation, or a sporting break if you prefer the mountains.
Please note that the garden will be undergoing some refurbishment work from September 24 to spring 25, giving part of it a rough appearance. Unfortunately, the inclement autumn weather prevented us from finishing the work before winter.
Beds will be made for your arrival.
Bathroom linen and a local shower gel (Tingerlat) are provided for the stay.
