Located in a quiet but busy hamlet, 10 minutes walk from all shops (supermarket, bakeries, butcher, caterer, restaurants, pizzerias, cellar ....) and 5 minutes by car, (petrol stations, tourist office, swimming pool municipal, cinema ...) the house can accommodate up to 11 people.
Ideal for a family holiday, or several couples, freshly renovated, with all the amenities available, it offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds; a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; and a 4th bedroom for children and teens with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds. Wardrobes and wardrobes in each room.
Facilities: the house is fully furnished and equipped:
- A bathroom with shower (and separate toilet) + an outdoor shower room on the ground floor, with shower also
- an equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and cupboards, cutlery and cooking utensils)
- a dining room with living room TV, sofa bed 2 beds, integrated wifi connection (included in the rental price)
- Functional washing machine + outdoor spreading
- Sunny terrace and closed by a small gate
- Shaded corner with outdoor garden furniture & barbecue on the ground floor
