Positive: Convenient location, spacious, quiet.

Negative: Could not get the plip to open the main gate. The main TV appeared not to be connected correctly and so was unusable. Could not find a toaster, surely a "must have" item. Lack of notes to tell hirers what is available and where it is, also local area information. A small supply of coffee/tea bags, possibly also milk sachets, would be a good idea.
