La Maison Gratte Ciel is in the heart of the lively Villeurbanne district. It features a beautiful 60 m² private garden that is calm and tree-filled. You can park your bikes at the designated rack (please bring your own lock).
The Gratte-Ciel metro station is a 4-minute walk away, allowing you to reach the Presqu'île of Lyon, including the famous Place Bellecour in just 10 minutes, as well as the chic 6th arrondissement and La Part Dieu (train station and shopping center), Les Halles Paul Bocuse, and the Auditorium of Lyon.
Nearby shops within walking distance include: Boulangerie Pâtisserie Jacquier, Ninkasi Gratte-Ciel, and Carrefour.
Activities: Boulloche Swimming Pool, National Popular Theatre, House of Books, Images and Sound, Studio 24, Astroballe (ASVEL), and the former Bayard or Bally factories.

To reach the apartment from Part-Dieu station, take metro B direction Charpennes and get off at Charpennes. Then, take metro A towards Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie and get off at Gratte-Ciel. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from there.
Aéroport St Exupéry / Apartment (45 min):
To reach the apartment from St Exupéry Airport, take the Rhône Express to Part-Dieu station and get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie. Then, take metro A towards Perrache and get off at Gratte-Ciel. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from there.

Only one set of keys will be provided for each stay.
Garden Information:
The garden is a private space shared between the tenants of the 8 apartments. It is not accessible after 9 pm to maintain the calm of the area and avoid disturbing the neighbors.
Tables and chairs are not allowed to be set up in the garden.
Bike Rack: You must bring your own lock. The establishment will not be held responsible for theft or damage.
An ashtray is provided; please ensure that you properly extinguish your cigarette butts and do not throw them in the garden.
All common areas and apartments are non-smoking.
Trash bins and recycling are available. Please dispose of your trash before leaving. Kindly respect the cleanliness of the garden.
