Ideal for 8 people, this fully equipped house is perfect for your family holiday on the shores of Lake Annecy.

Its exceptional location will allow you to leave the car aside (if you wish!). The bike path is 3-4 minutes away by bike and the lake is less than a kilometre away. This bike path goes around the lake (42km for the bravest) and will take you to the beautiful Annecy in 8km.
For swimming, the two beaches of Sevrier will welcome you free of charge.
The accommodation has 4 bedrooms, two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large veranda with a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains, a bathroom and two bathrooms for the bedrooms upstairs.
3 TVs (one in each living room, one in the downstairs bedroom) and high-speed Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The house is also equipped with a washing machine.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Non-smoking accommodation, pets are not allowed in the property
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the day before your arrival.
