Our 140 m² detached house is located in a small village at the foot of the mountains just 15 minutes from Annecy, 40 minutes from Geneva and 1 hour from Chamonix.
The Grand Bornand and La Clusaz stations are 30 minutes away.
On the ground floor :
Fully equipped kitchen - oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, fridge.
Living room with TV, CD-DVD player, sofa and armchair
Dining room with a large table (10 people with extensions).
Shower room, toilet
100m² wooden terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, garden with swings.
On the 1st floor: 3 large bedrooms - 2 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed, plus a convertible sofa in the mezzanine. Large bathroom with bath, double sink and heated towel rail
In the basement: Washing machine, freezer.
Outside: tarred courtyard, carport, garage
We provide you with 2 adult mountain bikes and 1 hybrid bike, scooters, skates, baby equipment if necessary (high chair, bathtub)
You will find basic groceries in the kitchen.
Final cleaning is optional (60 €) as well as the supply of sheets and towels (12 € per person)
The neighborhood: The village is a 15-minute walk away and has many shops: bakeries, butchers, cheese dairy, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, florist ...
Transport: Access by car only
The minimum stay is 4 days.
