Positive: The property had 4 good sized double bedrooms with ensuite facilities for 2 of them and a sizeable shower room servicing the other 2. It had great views of the resort and the free shuttle service to the town, lifts, supermarket, restaurants from 08.30-20.30 was an added bonus. The drivers, especially Anna, were fantastic. Can’t understand why this is not highlighted on the website page though. The chalet had good seating areas, plenty of crockery and kitchenware and was spotlessly clean.

Negative: The concierge/owner had asked us to call when we were 5 minutes away from resort which we did. We, along with another family staying in his other property, were left standing outside in the cold with all our luggage for 45mins. When someone finally arrived, they came with the bed linen and made a poor excuse that this had only just arrived back and we had to make our own beds. Very poor after a day of travelling and extra staff should have been at the property to do this for the paying customer. There were no instruction manuals on arrival for how to use the coffee machines, oven, microwave, adjust the heating and no information re emergency exits or what to do in case of a fire. The property had a fabulous terrace but absolutely no furniture on it to sit outside. What a waste on a glorious sunny day. The steep hill to walk from town after the shuttle service finishes if you are out in the evening is not for the faint hearted and certainly not ideal for anyone with small children.

Summary: In all we had a fabulous time and it is a lovely property but the owner needs to make sure the property is ready for it’
