We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Saint-Julien-Chapteuil, this charming flat in duplex within a house, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate to 3 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it consists of a nice living room of 35 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room. Sheets and towels are extra, we are waiting for you!
We have a second apartment in the building available for rent: "Le Pop".
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First level :
- A living room of 35 m² with TV, a sofa, and a dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, espresso machine...
- A laundry room.
- Separate toilet.
Second level:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a folding bed (90x200), a TV, storage space and an adjoining bathroom with shower and WC.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint-Julien-Chapteuil, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. The village is next to 2 ski resorts, (le Meygal and les Estables) and next to 2 golf courses 18 holes. In autumn the place is ideal for mushroom picking. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of bars, hairdresser, florist...
