The property is bordered by vineyards and is fully fenced.The living area is around 350m2, the storerooms around 100m2.In the west wing, a large living room of 100 m² comprising a fitted kitchen with cold room, dining room and lounge.The central building includes- on the ground floor: 1 entrance, 1 WC, 1 TV lounge/office, 1 linen room, 1 air-conditioned bedroom + SDR.- On the first floor, 1 dormitory with 2 140cm beds and a bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom, 2 smaller bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds, these 3 bedrooms are served by a large shared bathroom. The second wing includes a greenhouse and a wood store.The house is bordered by plots of vineyards and 2 fields to the south and north belonging to the property. Large heated swimming pool of 16m*4m secured by an electric shutter, technical room and semi-covered terrace on the edge of the pool.As it is an old mill, the property is bordered by a river, so it is not suitable for children who cannot swim.Note: a deposit of 1500€ (not cashed) is required, as well as an insurance for holiday extension.
