Apartment Le Jalon (formally known as Asta) is part of the brand new Les Portes du Pleney residence which is just 50m from the Pleney Lift, Morzine and steps away from the village. This self catered holiday apartment sleeps 8 guests and comprises of an open plan living room, separate snug, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a utility room.
This well thought out self catered apartment is bright and airy. With an extra snug room and plenty of storage, this apartment is perfect for 2 families or a group of friends who want to be very close to the Pleney lift.
Open Plan Living
The open plan living area has large windows on two aspects. The patio windows lead to a generous balcony from which you can see the slopes of the Pleney in front of you and Nyon peak to the left.
The kitchen area has an island unit and plenty of work space and a large fridge freezer. The kitchen island has the hob and stools, allowing for the space to be very social. The kitchen is well equipped with everything your or a private chef would need. The separate utility room off the hallway houses the washing machine and dryer.
The comfy seating area has two large sofas and an internet connected TV, so you can sign into streaming sites like Netflix and English freeview channels. The dining space has an extendable dining table.
The separate snug has an internet connected TV, UK freeview channels and an Xbox. This is a perfect place for kids to watch a movie without disturbing the adults.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has an ensuite and super king sized bed. A large window looks towards the peaks of Nyon and Ressachaux. There is plenty of storage and a good sized ensuite with large walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 has a king or twin beds and plenty of storage. The ensuite has a generous shower and a large window. The Juliet balcony in the bedroom looks onto the mountains beyond.
Bedroom 3 has a dual aspect and large private balcony. There is a king sized bed, ensuite and storage.
The bunk room has full sized beds, individual lights and charge points and storage. The family bathroom next door acts as this rooms private bathroom.
