Positive: Good location in the centre of the village. Spacious apartment.

Negative: Even though this was made through booking.com uk I was charged extra for non gbp fees also despite saying all taxes and fees included, I had to pay Tourist Tax on arrival. All up the booking cost an extra £158. Poor communication overall - only realised en route, late evening after a day's travel, that the reception office is 2 miles from the apartment. Staff was rude and unhelpful and insisted I go there first. We were travelling by bus. They did give me a lift back though I had been told I'd be catching the buses that ran every 30 min to catch up with my family with all our gear standing outside the apartment in the cold waiting to get in. The apartment itself is actually ok, (not ski in/out but manageable. Supermarket just downstairs) though the building has bad drains and stank to high hell when we first got in. We had to buy disinfectant and keep all the plugs closed to mitigate this. The kitchen sink plug is in bits so we used a large bowl to cover it. There's no WiFi which is pretty ridiculous. And linen provided is in a bag so be prepared to make your beds on arrival. Overall the worst thing was the hidden charges beyond the advertised price. Booking.com won't own it, nor the property management. Its expensive enough as it is. Having been a hotel manager myself I think this a very poor way to treat paying guests.
