Positive: Fantastic restaurant, dinner options were excellent. Staff were very helpful, nothing was a problem. Very comfortable room. Just a really nice place to be, whether at the bar by the fire, around the upstairs pool or on the rooftop terrace. Hammam/Spa facilities and staff also a big plus

Negative: Downstairs swimming pool hadn't been cleaned in a while, some general lack of cleaning was apparent. Rooms weren't as well soundproofed as you would hope

Summary: Tremendous Riad experience, exceeded expectations
