Fully furnished including fully equipped kitchen flowing into a nice dining nook, large, furnished screened in porch and gas grill. Tommy Bahama furnished living room with TV and nice natural lighting. Downstairs has a nice deck walkway leading to dock. Dock has ladder for swimming in the canal.
This is located Waterfront on a clean boating canal with direct access to Cudjoe Bay. It is in a nice neighborhood with good neighbors. I love the sunny frontage and sitting on the screened in porch with fans on low and the sun filtering through the sun shades; paradise! Under the home is a Tiki Bar and seating area. 2 Kayaks, a paddle board and cornhole game included with no extra charge !
