Negative: Elevators are too slow!!! Sometimes it took 5 minutes just to get down. Laundry accepting only coins or one-thousand bills (or some local credit card) is not acceptable in a 4-star hotel. Breakfast: ends at 10 am, which is fine, you cannot close entrance at 9.30, it is not fair.
