This tropical paradise apartment is located centrally in Fort Lauderdale. 5 minutes to one of the best and private beaches in Fort Lauderdale and 8 minutes to not so private but the most popular beach in Fort Lauderdale (loaded with bars, restaurants and activities). 2 minutes from the mall with 2 large grocery stores a ton of other shopping and a fantastic dine-in theater that does not have regular seats but only recliners! Walking distance to Inkanto Peruvian Cuisine, Bufarella Genuine Italian Gourmet, A Maze Bakery & Bistro, Rendez-Vous Bakery and Bistro (fantastic french cuisine and baguettes!), Gordo's Grill (amazing Latin American cuisine) and Angelo Elia The Bakery Bar (best sandwiches and nutella donuts in Fort Lauderdale). Without tooting our own horn, the location of this property is absolute heaven.
It is great for couples and business travelers. This apartment has living room, kitchen and dining area that can sit 4. It has a large shared resort style patio, gorgeous pool, and enormous bathrooms with shower cabin, jacuzzi tub and even a bidet.
Free bikes with every rental (upon request)
Backyard is a dream, with heated pool (some fees may apply), fountain, lounging and dining area (shared with one apartment) and plenty of sun umbrellas. It also sits right on the canal, so there is a water access if you want to drive up with Jet Skis, canoes or the like.
It has 1 king-size bed (sleeps 2), 1 queen-size sleeper sofa (super comfy - sleeps 2)
Laundry on site, high chair and playpen are also available (at no extra charge).
Literary everything is new. Beds, kitchen appliances, air conditioning, lights, furniture, drapes, pillows, mattresses, sheets, etc.
There is 65 inch Smart TV in the bedroom and with 150 channels available on Roku Platform), and super-fast internet (250 mbps) with guaranteed perfect signal strength (patio/pool area included!). You can connect your own computers or smart devices to the smart TVs so you can stream anything from your own devices (including your computer desktop).
Fort Lauderdale area is beautiful and a true tourist destination, no matter what you are in to, and our luxurious, elegant and huge property just might be the home base from which you can experience it.
