Set in this brand new architecturally inspired block of apartments, the space in this modern apartment is amazing. With a very large master bedroom (with queen sized bed and super comfy mattress and ensuite bathroom and walk in closet), a second bedroom (with queen bed and high quality mattress) open plan living and dining area and an external entertainers balcony with great views of Albert Park Lake and Melbourne CBD, AND a second bathroom.
Location wise, you could not be in a better position with the vibrant heart of St Kilda literally at your door step. The famous Albert Park Lake is directly opposite with Fitzroy St and St Kilda Junction around the corner for easy access into the city.
Don't forget the beach, that too is only a few minutes walk along with Luna Park and many other great attractions. Getting to and from the city is as easy as jumping on one of the many trams along Fitzroy St or from St Kilda junction (which is a minutes walk away) and you'll be in the city directly in 15 minutes time.
