Chalet from 2013, with contemporary and elegant decoration with modern equipment.
The chalet is located just in front of the Haut Fleury chairlift with direct access to the alpine ski area.
It has a parking space in the garage + space for two vehicles in front of the chalet.
In winter a plowed parking lot is located less than 25 m from the chalet. The driveway to the garage is cleared with a snow blower to the chalet.
It is about 750m walk from the center of the resort (shops, ski school and tourist office).
Clear view of the mountain, departure for walking paths from the chalet on foot or by mountain bike in summer.

The chalet is made up of 3 levels:
In the basement is a large garage space, with an independent and heated "ski return" room. A laundry room with its washing machine, dryer and storage.
On the ground floor we climb a few steps to access the entrance hall, leading to a shower room, a separate toilet with hand basin, the dining room, the fitted open-plan kitchen open to a bright living room with its sofa , pellet stove and TV area with flat screen.
Upstairs, a corridor leads to the four bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.
Each bedroom has a chest of drawers and two bedside lamps.
Two bedrooms have two 90x190 beds.
One bedroom has a large double bed of 160x190.
And the last one has a 140x190 double bed.
PLEASE NOTE: Bed linen and towels are not provided / Household to be borne by the holidaymaker.
Upon arrival, the tenant will have at his disposal a basket provided with:
- A towel
- A hand towel
- 2 shower mats
- A welcome gift
- A reduction voucher worth 20% during the school period and 30% outside the school period on your ski equipment rental with our partner GoSport Praz-de-Lys.
We also provide 8 hands-free cards for access to the ski area, which you can top up online or at the terminals available in the resort.
The nearest one is +/- 500m away, opposite the Jean de la pipe restaurant.
A baby high chair is available on site.
All necessary maintenance is made available to the chalet. (sponges, dishwashing liquid, paper towel, toilet paper, household products, dishwasher tablets ...)
The chalet is non-smoking on its three floors, a French window gives access to a balcony for our smoking friends.
