Come and share real moments of conviviality (with family or friends) in the heart of an idyllic setting that is the shores of LAC D’ANNECY against the backdrop of the Alpine mountains.
You can only appreciate this single-storey house which allows you to move easily between outdoor nature and indoor comfort.
Covering an area of 160 m², the house has a capacity of 8 to 10 beds. Each opening and window promises a magnificent view of the mountains.
Its great functionality, its views, its location and its sweetness of life remain its main assets.
Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided
(1 small and 1 large towel / pers. As well as kitchen linen) for your comfort and faster installation

- 1 cellar / laundry room with washing machine, ironing equipment and drying racks

- 1 spacious bedroom with a king size bed (possibility of 1 extra bed 90 x 190 + 1 cot)

THE GARDEN frames everything perfectly with a garden furniture, a barbecue on the terrace and a breathtaking view of the mountains. Finally, many uncovered PARKING spaces are reserved for you in front of the house. The latter is located on a plot (800m²) bordered by hedges preserving your privacy and at the end of a very quiet dead end.
THE SITUATION :
Our house benefits from the charm and calm of the authentic little village of Doussard as well as all the amenities it brings (church, town hall, post office, restaurants, pharmacy, butcher, bakeries, Carrefour contact, grocery store, tobacco shop, cinema , bank agricultural credit… as well as the starting point of bus in front of the post office of the line Annecy - Albertville) without forgetting the pleasures of the lake with its beach at 2km from the house.
It is therefore an ideal location between lake and mountains that can satisfy all tastes for a successful holiday: relaxation and oxygenation guaranteed with many cultural and sports activities nearby.
Sportsmen, you have arrived at the paradise of sports !!!
A WIDE CHOICE OF ACTIVITIES NEAR THE HOUSE
- Tandem paragliding - the most famous free flight site in Europe with its landing site at the entrance of Doussard - internationally known site / take off from the Col de la Forclaz (4km)
- the tour of the lake by bike on the famous cycle path (the green way) and located 300 m from the house.
- Doussard beach 2 km from the house and its nautical base (catamaran rental, kayak, windsurfing, water skiing, pedalos, paddle,… on swimming in the purest water in Europe at 25 degrees during the summer.
- Tennis and mini golf near Doussard beach. Course or internship possibilities
- the natural reserve at the end of the lake (1km): It is a walk without any difficulty which allows you to discover the end of Lake Annecy. Wooden walkways to pass the wetlands, pretty views of the lake and the mountains, the ruins of a tower, many birds…
