The newly built 4* Duplex apartments of 635sqf and 570sqf are offering a stunning view on lake Annecy and an ideal location for family or friends holidays.
They are composed of two different parts (le Port & la Plage), both located on the same private floor.
The 2 apartments are fully equipped with Air conditioning.
"Le Port/Plage" property is composed as follows:
The first one propose 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeping 5 persons) and the second one also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeping 3 persons).
1st part, Le Port:
- 1 Master bedroom with Luxury Kingsize bed and extra-bed single if needed. Direct access to the private balcony with lake view
- A bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, washing machine and single sink
- Toilets are separately
- Southeast-facing living room which opens onto a furnished terrace with lake view.
- Fully equipped Kitchen with dining area for 4 persons which is extendable up to 8 persons.
- A separate bedroom on the same floor as the living room, with two bunk beds (90x190cm each), separate bathroom including shower, sink and toilet.
2nd part, La Plage:
- 1 Master bedroom with a twin bed pushed together (mattress of 3x6,5f each). Option to add a cot.
- Adjoining bathroom with double sink, bathtub, separate toilet and washing machine.
- Southeast-facing living room which opens onto a furnished terrace with lake view.
- Fully equipped Kitchen with dining area for 4 persons which is extendable up to 8 persons.
- A separate bedroom on the same floor as the living room with a single bed (90x190cm), shower, sink and separate toilet.
On the ground floor, Seb counter offers you small light meals and pleasant coffee times . The counter does not serve dinner.
The village center is only 5mns walk from the apartment.
A supermarket (8à8), a bakery, a tabacco store and newsoffice will make your stay enjoyable.
BBQ's not allowed.
Few public parkings are at your disposal in the village (with extra charge).
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENTS.
