Positive: Obviously, it is a Ritz, we were not disappointed. The location of the property was fantastic, easy to get to the Central Station or the Airport. Excellent restaurants near and around the property within walking distance. The room was fantastic. The facilities and amenities good and met the expectations. Breakfast good but we found it limited due to our dietary preference. You are sure to run into celebrities here.

Negative: Once again, we found our room to be too cold for our liking. In spite of informing the team, they could not do anything above 25 degrees C. We found the manager at the breakfast counter to be overbearing and preachy.

Summary: Berlin Winter - moody, gritty, great escape - a tragic city that gave a lot to the world.
