Summary: Very disappointing stay. The pool closure was spun as a short term, just happened, “might be fixed tomorrow” situation, but with time it became clear it’s been an ongoing issue. With no notice of a weeks long pool issue until check-in our hands were tied and no effort was made to compensate. The hotel is a bit run down and dated, not bad but nothing special. We literally only chose it because of the pool. Issues, understandably, arise but the lack of honesty and transparency surrounding the main attraction to this hotel is frustrating. Would encourage future travelers to avoid until the pool is functioning as usual.
